Friday it was off to the brand new Nexus Center in Utica to shoot the NYSPHSAA girls ice hockey semifinals. Canton was facing the Adirondack United, a first year varsity program and the only girls varsity ice hockey team in Section II. Adirondack would win the match 4-1, moving on to the state championship the next day.
