Chatham vs. Maple Hill

Game five of the season. Chatham traveled to Maple Hill for their lone morning game of the season.

Chatham continued to grow as a team but facing a very tough team, they weren’t able to get their second win of the season. But they held it close and were able to press an attack fairly regularly.

The Maple Hill field is pretty but the light was a challenge. Part of the field is in the sun and part is in deep shade. I spent all afternoon grumbling about these conditions and then reviewed the photos and realized I had a wealth of good options. My wife spent an appropriate amount of time laughing at me for this.

We also grabbed a team photo before the game. And frankly, a team photo where everyone is wearing a mask is not a satisfying photo.
