The evening concert at the Columbia County Fair was the Bon Jovi tribute band Raise Your Hands. They weren’t gifted with a particularly large crowd to start but they worked their asses off to wind up the crowd they did have, eventually drawing most of them out of the grandstand to dance in front of the stage.
